To make a reservation for a game, players are asked to send an email to any day prior to the game but no later than 10 am the day of the game.  Minimally, the email should indicate:

  • the dates you want to play that coming week

  • your partner’s name for each game

  • Open or 499er game  


In addition, the following can be included:

  • the approximate number of master points each of you have

  • the direction you wish to sit if you have a preference (we will do our best but no guarantees)

Check-in Procedure


Check-in will begin at 12:15 pm on game day.  Players will pay their game fees and get their table assignment at a check-in table inside the door when they arrive, not at the game tables as in the recent past. Your reservation request will expedite this process.


Those players who have not made a reservation will be accommodated the day of the game on a first come, first serve basis. 


Please note on occasion that initial table assignments may need to be changed by the Director before the game starts in order to arrange a fair and equitable balancing of the tables.
